Objectives:

1. To acquire basic and advanced knowledge on imaging anatomy of the oral cavity, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and salivary glands.
2. To know the main pathological entities of the oral cavity, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and salivary glands, namely inflammatory/infectious, congenital, vascular, traumatic and tumoral.
3. To acquire basic and advanced knowledge on the several imaging techniques available to characterize the aforementioned anatomical regions, with special emphasis on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
