REFUND POLICY
1. In case of cancellation, the participant will be refunded in the following terms:
a) Cancellations received before 1st of October may be eligible for a partial refund;
b) No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline;
1.1. Participant substitutions may be accepted subject to prior notification
2. In case of cancellation by the organizing committee, participants will be reimbursed the total amount of the registration fee.
